​Vole desde el continente a San Cristobal, fue la primera isla que conoci. Luego de una semana de muchos momentos fantasticos decidi tomar un ferry hasta Santa Cruz. Fui a varias agencias, casi todas tienen el mismo precio. Elegi esta por el trato excelente de su personal. No dude en contactar a la hija del dueno por una inquietud femenina - nombre de un medicamentoo para el dolor menstrual- desde un principio me senti muy comoda.
A ultimo momento tuve que cambiar el horario de mi ticket y lo hicieron sin ningun problema. Recomiendo altamente esta agencia por la calidez de su gente y servicio profesional.

​I flew from the mainland to San Cristobal, it was the first island I met. After a week of many fantastic moments I decided to take a ferry to Santa Cruz. I went to several agencies, almost all have the same price. I chose this because of the excellent treatment of its staff. I Didn't hesitate to contact the owner's daughter for a female concern - name of a medicine or for menstrual pain - from the beginning I felt very comfortable.
