The Top 8 Health Benefits of Watermelon
The bottom lineWatermelon is a tasty, thirst-quenching fruit that many people enjoy in the heat of summer.
It has a very high water content and provides nutrients like lycopene, citrulline, and vitamins A and C. Studies suggest that this sweet, red melon may even boost heart health, reduce muscle soreness, and decrease inflammation, though more research is needed. We are spending a few days at a friend's house in Summerlin, a residential neighborhood in Las Vegas, yesterday we went to have lunch at this restaurant. It is in an area where there are many shops and several options to eat, when you enter there is a space where people look at a huge menu where food and drink orders are taken, they give you a number and you can sit wherever you want, inside there is a large room where you can see how they cook. There is also a very large covered patio full of tables facing the street. The menu is varied, my husband ordered a taco salad (romaine, red cabbage, avocado, chickpea chorizo, black bean, roasted corn, organic tomato, pepitas, blue corn chip, cilantro lime dressing)and he add some steak ) my friend: Glow blow (spicy sweet potato noodle, bok choy, zucchini, onion, jalapeño, shiitake mushroom, coconut milk, sunflower butter) with tofu, her husband the Flying avocado ( smoked turkey, gouda, romaine, tomato, avocado hummus) and I have the Thai cashew quinoa bowl ( zucchini, snap pea, celery, onion, shiitake mushroom, jalapeño, thai basil, cashew, red quinoa) and I add some proteins: shrimp. I tried all the dishes, very tasty. The green color predominates in the decoration that has many elements of Flower Power, very colorful and cheerful. To drink there are several types of beer, sparkling wine, rose, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, pinot noir, red blend, we ordered rose petal lemonades, mango sencha green tea, passion fruit and sangria. The staff is very attentive. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. Of course they have online orders. It was the second lunch in this city, we will surely return. I highly recommend this place for a fun moment with good & healthy food.
