Dolce Vita in Los Sueños, Herradura. Costa Rica

The Cuban sandwich began its journey in cafes catering to Cuban workers in Florida. It is a variation of a ham and cheese sandwich. Dolce Vitas “El Cubano” features cured ham, slow roasted pork carnitas, Swiss cheese, homemade dill pickles, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Served grilled on our homemade baguette, with Italian salad or house cut fries and homemade ketchup. i have it for lunch, very nice. I highly recommend. 

My hubby's choice was the chicken salad, a dressed up version of the Dolce Vita house salad. Juicy cherry tomatoes, meaty green olives, fresh sliced cucumbers, spicy purple onions, and feta cheese served on a bed of mixed salad greens and donned with Dolce Vita’s homemade Greek vinaigrette. Served with herb grilled chicken breast cooked sous vide, so juicy and tender you can cut it with a butter knife.

Open for breakfast and lunch. You will find homemade fresh bread every day, sweet and savory pastries, delicious gelato, and specialty coffees and smoothies.
