Poggio Authentic Italian in Sausalito

Poggio is a classic Italian trattoria with comfortable neighborhood charm and destination-caliber cuisine. Using the best available local ingredients and property-grown organic herbs and vegetables, the daily changing menu features soulful classics of Northern Italy, simply and earnestly prepared. I lived in Brescia, so i'm very picky when come to authentic. Great place. Italian food. Plenty of it. You may need a " to go bag" like cucina della mamma style.
I had the pizza with sausage. Excellent. my hubby had the raviolis pillows and that also was awesome. Valet parking is free. A lot of nice shops in the area to browse and kill time.
